    Achieving Excellence in Quality Management

    We are proud to announce that after a rigorous external audit process we have achieved ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS) certification. The audits were carried out by British Standards Institute (BSI), who interrogated our QMS to ensure that our processes met the required standard.

    The audit process involved staff at all levels of the business, from Managing Director through to frontline staff. BSI assessed our policies and procedures to ensure they were properly implemented and being followed. They looked at our management systems, quality objectives and customer feedback which are key elements of the standard.

    We were able to demonstrate:

    • A systematic, process approach and risk-based thinking.
    • Effective self-auditing processes.
    • Successful performance against quality objectives which were implemented to help ensure that we are able to not only meet, but aim to exceed, the needs and expectations of our customers and to continuously improve our services, quality and business management.
    • That we have competent staff within the business committed to providing high quality service delivery and maintaining the standards of our QMS.
    • That we are doing what we say we do!
